What to Expect

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure video platform that you can access from any device with a camera and internet connection. Sessions are the same length and format as in-person appointments. Before your first session, you will receive a link and simple instructions for joining. We recommend finding a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted. Your therapist will check in about the technology and make sure you feel comfortable before diving in. All the same therapeutic approaches are available through telehealth.
